Ma Anand Vibha (Dimitra Tsanis) experience is based upon her own journey through Yoga. Vibha and her team of facilitators have regularly run Yoga Retreats in Australia and internationally where you too can experience Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, contemplative meditations, active meditations, pranayama, chanting, detox and more.
