About
Thirteen years of teaching, and still learning
Vibha Tewari is an India-born yoga and meditation teacher, certified in 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training (2013) and trained in trauma-informed teaching. She teaches yoga as a complete practice — asana, pranayama, and meditation — drawn from the tradition she grew up in and made practical for modern, stressful lives.
After six years of full-time teaching and years of free community classes in Hyattsville, she now welcomes students across Mount Rainier, the Gateway Arts District, and the wider DC area.
